Patrick Peterson Re-Upping With Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings have a few glaring weaknesses on their 2023 roster but none were more pressing than the cornerback position. That was until this evening, when Patrick Peterson announced on his “All Things Covered” podcast that he is re-signing with the Vikings.
CB Patrick Peterson, who spent 2021 with the #Vikings, reveals on his "All Things Covered" podcast that he will be re-signing as a free agent with Vikings

Peterson proved in 2022 that he is still valuable both on the field and in the locker room. He had made it very clear throughout the offseason that his goal was to be back in purple in 2023. It took awhile, but the two sides have finally agreed on a one-year deal (updates to come), meaning the Vikings have a legitimate CB in their secondary. I’d still expect Kwesi & Co to look for more of them early in the draft next month.
