The Early Tampering period strikes again!
Every year there are players who agree to terms early, only to change their mind before having to put pen to paper two days later. This year, the biggest two-timer looks to be our very own Anthony Barr. AND, even better… he’s coming back to Mike Zimmer.
Queue the “Don’t Go Chasing Waterfalls” background music before you go any farther.

Plot twist! LB Anthony Barr has decided to agree to terms to remain with the #Vikings, sources say. He will not be a member of the #Jets after all.

This changes absolutely everything to the Vikings’ offseason and how it will transpire going forward. Now, word is starting to FINALLY come out on what Anthony Barr will be making in his new deal that will now be with the Vikings. An average value of $13.5 Million is a lot and I didn’t think the Vikings were going to go that high..

The #Vikings are signing LB Anthony Barr to a 5-year deal worth $67.5M, source said. With incentives it can be worth $77.5M. He gets $33M in guarantees. And back home.
