The Minnesota Twins are expanding their capacity limit at Target Field to a full house and it will happen in three steps. Starting immediately (May 13), capacity limits will increase to 60%. Then in June, they’ll ramp it up to 80%, before giving it the full-go on July 5. That will give the Twins 40 games with the possibility of a full stadium. But they might want to start winning if they want to see that dream come to fruition.
