Justin Jefferson Ranks How Low on NFL Top 100?!
This offseason was about the quarterback and the wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings. When Kirk Cousins went elsewhere, it became only about Justin Jefferson. Minnesota gave Jefferson a record deal, but he reamins disrespected across the league.
NFL Top 100 does Minnesota Vikings Justin Jefferson dirty
The Minnesota Vikings extended Justin Jefferson this offseason. His new deal has him paid as the highest non-quarterback player in NFL history. That territory is warranted given his production. Apparently neither Madden or the NFL got that note.

As the NFL continues to roll out their top 100 players, Justin Jefferson checks in at just 18th on the list. Somehow the best wide receiver in the league is behind 17 other players. It would be understandable for Jefferson to slot in behind some of the top quarterbacks, but his positioning as a whole is beyond baffling.
Although Jefferson missed a substantial amount of time last season as he dealt with a hamstring injury, the Vikings wideout still surpassed the 1,000 yard mark. A year prior, when fully healthy, Jefferson flirted with the notion of surpassing 2,000 yards in a season. He has looked like the best wide receiver the NFL has seen since Calvin Johnson.
Madden slept on Justin Jefferson too
Of course a video game is hardly the gold standard for judging talent. However, EA Sports’ latest iteration of their Madden franchise didn’t have Justin Jefferson as the top wide receiver. Despite Jefferson having previously been included as a member of the “99 Club,” EA Sports decided to keep him a run down at 98 overall this season.

Tyreek Hill enters the year as the best wide receiver in football when asking EA Sports. Whether Jefferson plays the latest Madden or not, you can bet he’ll be out to prove just how wrong the positioning was. Hill has been a superstar in the league for quite some time, but not even injury would allow Jefferson to be dethroned at the top of the sport.
